RATES

All rates are based on the pricing below. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Failure to provide 2 day notice (5 days for holiday weekends and 14 days for monthly) of cancellation will result in a $45 charge.

Check-in time is 1:00 PM, Check-out is 12:00 Noon.

- 3 night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) and special events.

- Monthly rents – $250 Security deposit required, refunded after checkout inspection.

- All Daily and Weekly stays are subject to South Carolina accommodations tax.

- Call Campground for scheduling of Monthly stay and Boat Dock reservations.

- Uncovered RV and Boat storage is available.
