- 3 nights minimum on holiday weekends (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) and special events.
- Monthly rent – $100 Security deposit required, refunded after checkout inspection.
- All Daily, Weekly, and monthly stays under 90 days are subject to South Carolina accommodation tax.

- Uncovered RV and Boat storage are available.
